Data deletion, export and other requests
You can do most of this yourself in the app. Use the form below if you can't sign in.

In the app
- Open Ayush and go to Profile.
- Under Your data, choose Export my data to get a copy of your profile, plan, readings, alerts and consent history as a JSON file.
- Choose Delete all my data to erase your account. You will be asked to confirm.
- Under Consent and privacy, switch off any use of your data.
What happens after deletion
We erase your personal data from live systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days, except records we must keep by law, such as payment invoices.
How long requests take
We verify your identity first, usually with a code sent to your registered mobile or email. We aim to respond within 30 days and always within the 90 days the DPDP Rules allow.
Not satisfied?
Contact our Grievance Officer. You can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
