About us
Health advice that fits an Indian day.
Most health apps were built for someone else's food, work hours and climate. Ayush starts from a Mumbai commute, a Gujarati thali, a night shift or a knee that dislikes stairs.
Why we built Ayush
Lifestyle conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and joint pain are common across India, and the guidance that helps is well established. The hard part is turning guidelines into a plan for one person on one day, and keeping it going for months.
Ayush does that work. It takes published guidance from WHO, ICMR–NIN, cardiology, diabetes and rheumatology bodies and the Ministry of Ayush yoga protocol, applies it to your profile with transparent rules, and adjusts every week.
What we believe
- Safety before engagement. No streak or reward is worth missing a warning sign.
- Show the working. Every rule links to its source.
- Your data is yours. Never sold, never used for ads.
- Work with doctors. We plan lifestyle; doctors treat.
- Original content. We paraphrase and cite; we don't copy other programmes.
